The landlord was amazing! Extremly nice, provided a list of places to go, offered us to book the trips for us. I felt like at home! Really clean, air-conditioning available, accomodation has its own sea access, has a garden with sunbeds. Has it‘s own parking area. we liked that we had a kitchen where we cooked sometimes and ate on our balcony or in the garden. it‘s about 10min by foot from the center of Kavos but we liked it that way as it is quiet in this area in comparison with the rest of Kavos so we could sleep very well and the little walk to the center was great!

The hosts are very friendly people. Loved the breakfast! It was always yummy and really big. The location is great - 5 minutes walk from the beach, about 3 minutes to the street with restaurants and shops but really quiet at night.

It was an exceptional stay. We felt like a part of a Greek family. The owner of the hotel is exceptionally nice, took care of us and even played with our kid. He called her grandma. :) The hotel is small and well maintained. The garden is beautiful. The swimming pool is nice. There is also a swimming pool for kids. The beach is just a minute from the hotel by foot. Shops and restaurants are nearby. We highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the accommodation. It was spotless, and we had our towels and sheets changed every two days. The trash cans were emptied daily, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils for cooking, and there was a small fridge. Additionally, there was a coffee maker along with a few coffee pods. Sofia was very kind and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit on the island. The location is ideal, as it is away from the chaos of the resort; however, there is a nearby supermarket and several excellent restaurants within easy reach.

Amelia's garden is a lush green oasis to the busy party town of Kavos. It's beautiful garden of exotic fig, lemon, orange and banana trees, provide the most sensual setting of pure bliss and peace. You feel as if you own your own little bit of paradise in Greece. George is just the most wonderful and most genuine host and has made our stay feel so special and unique. Excellent location, just în front of the sea with a beatiful view. The rooms are clean and confortable and the swimming pool is an option for a late afternoon. Kavos is guitte crowded with a lot of tavernas, restaurants and bistros. However, the Umbrella resort is far enough from the noisy downtown area.

    Very good price, It was very clean and the host replaced our towers every second day, they also replaced our bedsheets. We loved the location, because it's about 10 minutes walk to the center of Kavos, so it's not that far, but because it's not in the center it was very quiet and peaceful. It was very convenient to have a free parking space, because we came with rent a car.

    The owner is so amazing. He let us checkin before official check in time, explained everything well and always he went around he asked how we are and if we need anything. Trully amazing experience with parking lot behind the building, few meters to the sea. If we will visit Corfu again, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
