EVERYTHING !!! Staff was excellent Ms Barbara at reception, Akhil at bar and this other gentleman who ushered us at lunch to our seats, the Chinese waitress at breakfast ....all amazing plus food surpassed anything ever had before.

The peace and quiet , the privacy . The pod had everything we needed and was comfortableand clean. The farm, the pod was situated on was lovely . Waking up to sheep , horse and dogs was lovely . We would definitely recommend and go again.

This was a great holiday location for 4 adults. The island is very pretty and a great base for visiting some beautiful places. Although the listing says there isn't parking, you can park one car right outside. The property is decorated and equipped to a very high standard in a relaxed, coastal style. This is a really restful place to stay. I wish we'd stayed for two weeks, not just one.

Our room was absolutely lovely, spacious, very comfy beds and a fantastic on-suite bathroom with a lovely big shower 🚿and tea and coffee making facilities and a smart tv with all the streaming services , just sign in to your own account to watch netflix or what ever but dont forget to sign out before you leave . The hotel had its own lift which was just as well cause we were on the top floor and I'm not as fit as I used to be so appreciated the lift . The hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant and the food was lovely . You can get food cheaper down the road in a weatherspoons but it's not as classy or as good in my opinion and me myself don't mind paying a little extra for quality .

Beautiful old house once a private home, then a hotel, now a B&B. Has every comfort you could want. The host was very friendly & looked after us very well. Self-serve continental breakfast was excellent, gr8 location.

Immaculate room in the annexe, large comfortable room with modern en-suite and walk-in shower. Decent quality TV and free fast wifi. The bed was comfortable, and a small table and chair are provided should you wish to eat in your room. Iron, ironing board & hairdryer in room. Tea and coffee + kettle. Ample car parking and help yourself breakfast (cereal, pastries, toast, fruit, tea, coffee...) provided - was available at 5:20 am when I was setting off for work. Unbelievable value for money.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Nice location on edge of town, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast included. Free onsite parking is a bonus too

I travelled with my dog and he was made to feel so welcome! The rooms were a generous size and the outdoor space for families (play area, plenty of outdoor seating, field to exercise the dog, easy car parking etc.,) made it a great stay. Five minutes by car to Roanhead beach area - don't miss it!

Location is perfect for me as I was visiting relatives. Able to walk into town centre for dinner too. Ate in King Alfred on Saturday night - food was very nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast choices are really good. Single rooms can be very cramped but this was a decent size and view out over the car park and sea ☺️ Free parking on site is another bonus as is tea and coffee making in room.
