Everything! It's such a lovely cottage, the pictures don't do it justice! Super close to Saint Emilion and all the vineyards. The hosts also offer Michelin quality dinner menus (and company), I highly recommend!!!! Everything was perfect.

Petit Monlot is a sparkling new, with state of the art equipment, small hotel with 360 degree view of the vineyards of the spectacular Unesco listed St Emilion Vineyards, a 15 minute drive from the historical center. We became friends with Christine and Christopher, wonderful people who tried to make us happy in every way, and personally cooked breakfast for us, as if we were hosts in their home.

Eric was a wonderful host. Even before we arrived he made sure we turned up at the right place and was very accommodating when we were delayed with our arrival. He also made sure we were comfortable in the property and gave us recommendations on what to do. The property was gorgeous and had so many original features. The bedrooms were big and the living room where he had breakfast was so lovely and light (I wish I lived there full time)! His pets are an added bonus and ever so friendly.

Everything was perfect!! The host is amazing - giving us local tips and an amazing fresh breakfast. Lovely clean rooms, felt really at home and a garden to relax in. Great location, close to St Emillion and a lovely wine tasting at Chateau La Pointe Bouquey just down the road!

Absolutely STUNNING property. Extremely clean, the bed was so comfortable, could’ve slept a million years! We were well looked after by Michell and their lovely cat Lulu! They even helped our friends who wanted to book a stay last minute. The grounds are actually perfection, so sad we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather, but were able to sit nearby under cover and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t picture a better place to stay in this area and we will be back for even longer next time
