I booked last minute, arrived late and it was no problem! Alexandra was so cheerful and helpful. A delight. Views were spectacular. The only thing missing was noise! It was such a peaceful setting. After a long day riding a motorcycle it was the perfect end to it. Plenty of room to park and no worries about safety.

The guest room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very spacious and really nicely decorated. The large bathroom equalled the very high standard of the bedroom, and the shower was amazing and included a real rain-style shower head which was lovely to stand under. I stayed in 6 different B&B's during my trip through France and this place provided me with my best night sleep of all the B&B's in France. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable and there was just a very relaxed, calming feel about this B&B that gave me a great night sleep. The breakfast the following morning was beautifully prepared and presented, the food was delicious and was accompanied by fresh organic Apple juice from the orchard, literally next door to the guest house. This was a really nice touch as I always enjoy trying local produce, especially when I could literally see the apples growing on the trees that produced the juice I was enjoying! The host was very kind, welcoming and gracious and made me feel instantly welcome in their home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and having an English speaking host made my stay that extra bit easier. I really loved my stay here and it was definitely one of my favourite B&B's during my trip to France. I would highly recommend this B&B and hope to visit again in future trips!

The apartment is perfectly equipped for one or two people. It is spacious, clean and bright. Cannot believe the value!! It is centrally located within walking distance to all the sights. One block off of the main road with shopping and restaurants. Everything in the apartment is fresh and new. The mattress is very comfortable and the shower is a dream! Françoise and Christophe are delightful hosts and willing to accommodate my needs anytime I needed them. Provins is a magical place. Don’t miss any of the sights and be sure to frequent the Italian restaurant on the corner across the street. Order absolutely anything and be amazed!

The property had every conceivable appliance and facility you could possibly require for a comfortable stay. It was well situated to the Town of Provin with things included that you normally would not get at other locations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to any couple wishing to stay and see the pleasures of Provin.

The hostess was delightful and when we arrived, even though it was raining, there was a sign outside the home welcoming us by name! What a wonderful start to our very pleasant stay. The home was quite charming just as the online pictures showed. We were given freedom to enjoy the comforts of the home, in addition to our private room. There was a fantastic library that we could use with many books of the area. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade yogurt, hot chocolate, cheeses and breads. The fruit salad was a real treat, as was her homemade petite chocolate muffins, and her rhubarb/orange jam. Before leaving, the hostess gave us a tour of her expansive garden to show us her beautiful flowers, including my favorite - lily of the valley. There was a beautiful, ancient church up the hill within walking distance. We look forward to returning again, whenever we visit Europe.

This place is what Jane Austen had in mind when writing about a 'countryside cottage'. Set in a peaceful environment, surrounded by a lovely & well-maintained garden, the property tastefully combines period & modern designs. The original wooden staircase is awesome. Our room faced the garden & both the room and the bathroom were spacious & spotlessly clean. The bed mattress was comfortable. It was refreshing to keep the windows open day & night, even with lights on at night & not have any mosquitos anywhere around. Tea/coffee facilities are available downstairs in the kitchen. We appreciated the request to change from outdoor shoes to slippers when accessing the guest floor (all carpeted). Breakfast was served in the garden, timing as per the guest's preference & offered bakery selection, dairy products, seasonal fruits, home produce (the peach marmalade was beyond exceptional), coffee/hot chocolate & a wide selection of teas. Guests met for breakfast at a common large table & we had some nice chats. The location of the property is ideal, it is a short drive away from e.g. Provins, Chateau de la Motte-Tilly, Musee de la Vie d'Autrefois & not far from the Chateau de Fontainebleau / Ch. de Vicomte, Moret-sur-Loing, etc. Nicolas, the owner, is very welcoming, accommodating & hospitable & communication with him was excellent right from the time of booking. That's why we extended our stay already prior to our arrival & it's proven to be a good choice. The tranquility of this place is endless & Les Rêves de Flamboin will be our choice again when returning to the region.

Demure des Vieux Bains offers beautifully manicured grounds with nicely decorated and comfortable accommodations. The owner and his wife provided attentive service and an excellent dinner and breakfast. This B&B is an oasis!
