He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who will go out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared for whatever it is you want done. Amazing service; I was looking for a place to rest before my ascent to Emeishan, and the Moon Bay Hotel provided. I was almost alone in the hotel, the room was gorgeous and had all the commodities I needed. Also, the owners are a family, and his daughter speaks English, so communication was not an issue
