We checked in even though it was filthy and run down almost appearing irreparable in the parking lot and the lobby. Everything smelt bad. We got to our room which was filthy and putrid smelling. Well informed about facility with drinks and snacks available at all times. Off street parking available and very well located for walk to theatre or short drive to down town. Clean and comfortable room and very efficiently run hotel by pleasant staff. This was our second stay at this establishment and we will be sure to be back. Breakfast was continental style with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and potato patties, with a good selection of other items like cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. It was excellent both days we stayed.
