Great Location. It was much quieter than the locations at the top, with the bonus of the chairlift right near the hotel. We rented from Bunny Ski who were super nice and we could keep the equipment there, then just walk up to the apartment. Remember to buy food and bring it with you to cook if you don't want to eat out all of the time.

We loved the breakfast. It was a huge choice and the staff in the breakfast zone were really friendly & warm. We tried one of everything - including the amazing mekitsi which were replenished regularly! The room was great. We had loads of space - plenty for everything from yoga to sprawling in front of the tv. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding wonderfully soft. There was always loads of hot water. We didn't stay for dinner but all our interactions with staff at the reception were fab.

The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

Very clean and excellent equiped apartment. The location is perfect for walking and skiing. There are few restorants and a bowling alley next door. Ski slopes are few minutes drive away. The hosts are nice and they will do everuthing to make you to feel welcome.

Perfect Ski Place – Absolutely Amazing! Our stay at flat Kometa A 13 was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy atmosphere, stunning surroundings, and exceptional hospitality by Mrs Petya. The house itself was beautifully designed with modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, warm, and well-equipped with everything we needed after a long day on the slopes. The heating system was a dream, creating the perfect après-ski ambiance. The location was unbeatable—just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and snowboarding. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views from the house were simply magical! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay, providing great local recommendations and making sure we felt at home. Every little detail was thought out, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable area where we could unwind after an active day. We couldn’t have asked for a better ski retreat! I highly recommend Kometa A 13 flat to anyone looking for a perfect winter escape. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the fruits and chocolate for welcoming us:) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is in one of the top buildings (House 5) near the slope - so very easy to go to the slope and come back (we found it was easier to come back at lunch and eat in the complex restaurant than on the slope because it was empty and we could do it faster). The fireplace is nice for a evening inside but since we were skiing every day we only used it twice. We have wood from the hosts (I saw that there is available to buy from reception but we didn't have to buy them). Two rooms accommodate 6 persons if needed (the couch and the armchairs extend); We were 5 and it was ok (3 adults, 2 children). You have almost all that you need in the kitchen, tv, own boiler for hot water, heat pump ACs for heating. The balcony is very nice also. There is a pool/spa in the complex - 30 leva/day; maybe after a long day skiing you need some relax time. Also bowling, pool (didn't try them).
