Close proximity to city centre and major shopping centre; management was very obliging with whatever I wanted, even drove me to shopping centre so I didn't have to walk; complimentary daily continental breakfast was more than well stocked; the daily room straightening was also a welcome surprise. All in all, the motel was the best part of my stay.

Naomi, the receptionist, is very kind and always willing to help with whatever you need. The place is quiet, ideal for resting. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with all the comforts. I’ll come back every time I’m in Mackay.

Lovely place to stay, apartments were really big and modern. Great view from the balcony and the pool was really nice too.
