A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

This place is absolutely unique in Armenia: a modern, bright and comfortable house built alone in the mountains, well equipped with all necessary for comfortable weekend. The location is in the nature, great place. The gazebo houses for taking the food are amazing, the personnel are so kind and helpful. Car parking is secure. The place is quiet. The food is excellent, local, and affordable. Many big thanks for the pleasant time near the Sevan lake, wine and baklava are the most recommended.
