The owner will always drive you to the city's attractions or the airport for free and pick you up. Not only breakfast, but the owner's family will also invite you to dinner if you stay room at the time. The lady is a great cooker. The young couple is very attentive to their guests.

This place is run by the most friendly people I have encountered! I couldn't find a taxi to bring me to the airport on a local Armenian app, but the owner was still awake and ordered one for my on yandex at 3am (!). The rooms are on the second floor of their office / workshop where they restore carpets. You can admire all of the art books in the office when you check in. The room was very clean and comfy, thank you!
