For a family with little kids, it was perfect because they had toys and baby chairs, a nice crib and other things that we didn't need (like pack-n-play, etc). With a washer and dryer included, it made staying several days super convenient and enjoyable. P.S. I always appreciate good wifi and this house has very high speed wifi that reaches throughout the house.

The futons were very comfortable in our rooms, with an added bonus of some snacks that the room service staff would kindly refill. Breakfast and dinner were both buffet, with a wide variety of food. If you choose to stay more than one night, the staff will nicely prepare an additional course ontop of the buffet for dinner at no additional charge (which was a pleasant surprise!). The hotel has a night snack in the form of ramen as well. The staff were very friendly, even the shuttle bus drivers.

The property has a hot spring bath. This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Japan. We stayed for my birthday and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is right on the water. The welcome and check-in was superb - very relaxing and through. The room was large and had full water views. The onsen facilities were amazing, particularly the outdoor onsen right next to the bay. The kaiseki dinner was amazing. So much food and all delicious. So happy we decided to stay here.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good breakfast each morning. Location was great, just across the street from the station.
