Excellent location, very clean, and great service. They continuously send messages to ask if I need anything, which makes me feel very warm. It's also very convenient to get to the city center, and most importantly, there's parking available.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, shower good. Breakfast was exceptionally good, plenty of choice, good coffee, fresh bread. All staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms were all very clean and well maintained. Very good customer service, we initially struggled to open the door with the key but I was able to contact them straightaway and were very helpful on the phone. Lovely place to stay.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, even the sofa bed too. The breakfast was free and it had so much selection and was really good! Staff very welcoming and helpful too and location is soooo convention, less than 10min walk into city centre and Birmingham New Street is within walking distance too. Very good value for money too!

Everything was exceptional. I read other comments and was very hesitant but it’s all nonsense. The staff were more than polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were so kind and lovely. Our room was very clean there’s nothing negative I can say. If I travel to Birmingham again I’d stay in this hotel again.
