Amazing experience! We felt like we were living in luxury from the moment we arrived. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and treated us so well. There were plenty of freebies in the room to enjoy. The view was stunning. The onsen in the room was incredible. The beds were comfortable and room was perfect. The meals were incredible - breakfast was huge and so delicious with generous refills on some items.

The Staffs are very professional and super helpful. Always have a genuine smile and willingness to go the extra miles to make our stay pleasant and to accommodate our needs. I loved this place. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.
