The highlight of my stay there was incredible SPA!!! I went there almost every day, I definitely recommend and definitely will be back!! Amazing massages, Turkish hammam, relaxing facials! My skin was glowing!! Also the restaurants are delicious, Novikov was amazing!! Very friendly, helpful staff, butler who checked on me and helped with all reservations!! Can’t wait to go back!! Also location and the view are spectacular!!

The location is a 10/10 ! Close to the major tourist attractions and tram stops. You don't need a taxi to move around. The staff members are also very friendly and helpful. The view from the Rooftop bar is spectacular!

Everything! The hotel is very nice and it feels very familiar!! The people in the hotel are so nice! All of them are very helpful and very kind! They always make you feel welcome! The location is perfect! Just a few steps and you are in the touristic places! Also near the tram station. Special thanks to Josephf, he was very kind and helped me with everything during my stay! The breakfast was delicious.

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!

It is a really authentic neighbourhood and hotel, just like I imagined my stay in Istanbul. Ali, the owner of the hotel is really nice and helpful, he awaiting our arrival the whole night, and he was there to welcome us when we arrived at 6 am. We could also keep our bags for few hours at the hotel last day after we checked out, which was great! I would recommend Bereket traveler!
