We stayed for a week, very good service from the reception, very polite. Excellent location in the Sultanamet area, excellent access to most important tourist places, the price is very good considering the infrastructure. The best thing has been the help they have given me especially by Ali: since I forgot my iPad, they have been very efficient and have helped me to recover it. They have sent it to Germany again. My rating: 10.

I really liked the hotel because of its location and especially the hospitality of the host. I encourage you to speak with the host, he has amazing recommendations and will help you with everything, also he is very pleasant and you have a lot to talk about. The restaurant is also placed nicely from which you will have an amazing view of the wonderful city of Istanbul. It’s great value for the money especially considering the location and the service.

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!
