Properties with Onsen in Kavala

The owners were super friendly and helpful - from the welcome cake and wine, to getting out a cool motorbike toy for my son to play with. The place is spacious, clean, with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The street is quiet and there’s a supermarket (Lidl) right at the end of it.

We were never before greeted like that. So much pastry and doughnuts and biscuits and coffee and juice, rhat we could have spent all the time eating and drinking. Parking space was reserved, and the beds were comfortable.. It was really clean as well.

Convenience and comfort merge seamlessly with modernity and luxury. The artistry, expressiveness and sensuality are evident in every refined detail. Nothing is missing and everything is exactly where it should be. The sound of the sea and a glass of good wine in hand are the prerequisites for eternal and beautiful memories which we have made her. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality and the charming gift from Ms. Olga. We will certainly remember this wonderful place - The Garden Beach House. The stuff-helpful and kind, the area of the hotel-quiet and nice, the apartment-big, comfortable, equipped with the necessary, the bath is so big, the wi-fi is good, there are espresso and drinks at the reception, the parking area is free and enough for all guests. There are animals-two bunnies, cats. We love them. Thanks for everything!

Waking up looking at the beach from the balcony, making aromatic coffee, grabbing some milk from the refrigerator and seeing one of the positive and cheerful thoughts that Konstantina (the kind owner of the property) has pinned there for you ... and the only thing you do is smile. This is how our day has being starting in this wonderful sunny dwelling for a period of only one week. It was a tiny period, definitely not enough to entirely to fill you up with the sense of the summer sea. The apartment is in a great location about 500 meters from the center of Nea Paramos - close enough for a nice walk and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the central part. It is located a few meters from the seaside with a sandy beach, where umbrellas and sunbeds can be used for a cup of refreshing frappe. It is very close to shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. Our time spent in the property was remarkable. In every single detail you can see the owner's personal attitude to the cozy flat and most importantly to her guests - from the positive messages pinned to the coffee capsules, through the water and wine waiting for you on the shelf in the refrigerator, to the beer glasses left to cool in one of the freezer drawers. The property impressed us with its perfect cleanliness and tidiness due to the high standards of cleaning & maintenance set up by the owner. The apartment has a large living room, proper size bedroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, everything for a comfortable stay. Konstantina was responsive for every question we had concerning places to see, taverns to eat and beaches to visit. Thank you for the coziness and comfort!
