The Bunkhouse would perfectly suit anyone on a budget looking for cheap and cheerful accommodation. Not for those looking for a romantic getaway, or a Grand Designs experience, but it doesn't pretend to be. Also, it's very close to town and its many eateries and watering holes. And being far enough away from the main road, it's very quiet at night. The old school heater with plumbed in hot water looks like it would keep you warm on a freezing winter's night. The addition of a toaster as well as microwave and electric kettle is another bonus.

Easy to find, great shared space with full kitchen available, family room was snug and still has plenty of space for luggage. Perfect temperature inside for the chilly nights.

Very convenient location, very clean and tidy room and bathroom, well maintained and very comfortable beds. The entire experience from booking to checking in and checking out was very easy and the staff communicated clearly and well.
