I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled all of my requests without any hesitation, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about my stay was the late checkout option. We had an afternoon train to catch and they allowed us to stay in our room until we were ready to leave. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to relax and enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. We found that the WiFi service was satisfactory. Overall, I highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a great stay. The staff was exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable, and all of my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is well located by the river and within walking distance from town. Guests can walk along the river and enjoy morning birds and afternoon swimmers at the local ‘beach’. The rooms were large and well equipped, as well as being quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. Loved my stay!

The motel really exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to get out and about with our kids (aged 2 and 4 years) being just around the corner from the main shopping strip, a range of cafes, restaurants, as well as two major supermarkets. We also loved being within walking distance of the adventure playground, beach and our kids especially loved the aquatic centre. The room was spacious and comfortable. We we're happy to find a decent sized fridge, water kettle, plates, bowls and cutlery. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful stress-free stay.

I arrived with my nurse, to the Motel. I didn't realise that I couldn't use my card due to a Bank mess up!! But the lovely lady said to give her my card + that she'll try it...well, it worked so I was everso grateful she took my card tried it, & it worked...all in about 5 mins!! I'm so happy that I get to stay with you again ....on Monday nite maybe Tuesday nite depending on how my operation goes! All in all, I was thrilled with my visit so thank you kindly.     We arrived late after travelling from Canberra for a footy carnival. The motel called and asked us to let them know when we were half an hour out. When we called, the people running the motel turned the heating on in our room for us and were very friendly. A special touch that made our kids' first footy carnival extra special. Thank you

    The motel has had a total refurbishment. and is very nicely appointed. It has all you need without being overdone. All including the beds are new and a good sleep was had by all. Bathroom was spacious as was the shower cubicle a great.change from the norm. Everything was clean and fresh. Nice to be warmly greeted by reception who was polite and helpful. Being slightly out of town I found a bonus.

    Location was great as we were going to a graduation event at the Army base in Kapooka, main part of town is a 5-10 minute drive so still very close. Staff we're very friendly when we checked in. Room was reasonable given it is a motel, single beds were comfortable, electric blankets provided. Each room has a wide parking spot out the front which is great.
