The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us as family, travelling with my disabled brother. The staff during breakfast were so kind and compassionate and sat us in an accessible place as well arranging fpr the lift to be used for him when sat upstairs. The breakfast food options were great too. The rooms, although a little snug were always kept cleaned and maintained well. The lifts all ran very well and efficiently which is sometimes an issue in some of the taller hotels. The location was superb too, allowing for walking distance access to many of New York's main sites. I have been to New York four times now and would definitely come back here again.

I loved that the property was less than a seven minute walk to my daughters apartment ☺️. I booked the king size room with a patio and a little kitchenette. It was perfect. I also loved the free breakfast.

We felt safe walking home late at night, even though a man was sleeping on the sidewalk during the afternoon hours. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel. Everything was clean to satisfaction. The beds were comfortable.
