Monte Rosa Is an exceptional hotel. Deborah and other staff members go out of their way to help guests. During the registration process Deborah and others provided valuable information about Zermatt. The staff working the breakfasts were extremely helpful and the food was terrific. While The property is older, the facilities have been tastefully updated.
This review is written by an Indian 🇮🇳 traveler who visited the facility with the family. - Location is just 3 minutes walk from Tasch railway station and 12 minutes by train from Zermatt railway station. - Property is old but well maintained and room size is big compare to new hotels. - Nice view from the balcony. - Value for money. - Good breakfast.
Staff spaciousness. Especially those who check on guests returning from events in the evening and distribute chocolate.
The hotel is completely new. Very nice interiors, very clean, friendly staff. Ideally located. I especially liked the self-check-in system. By the way, if you find yourself without a room key at night, then using your online registration you can independently magnetize the room card. The hotel has its own parking, bar and restaurant. Highly recommend!
Very easy to find and check in, having registered online. Super clean. Excellent shower. Spacious room. Netflix access.
-Fabulous breakfast -Very nice SPA and classes -Cool design, nice touches such as backpacks and totes in the room -Doesn't feel too big because the rooms are distributed across multiple small buildings -Free pick up service from the station
The hotel was amazing, one of the best stays in our lives. The room was super comfortable, modern and quite big. There was a bath and a shower in the room. Big terrace. The facilities were so great - gym and spa, the breakfast area, just perfect. You could register each morning for free yoga classes! The location is super central just a couple of minutes walk to the railway station. The grocery store is 5 min walk.
Very nice staff with clear guidance email (for hotel location and register time); very comfortable and clean room, good location (for both hiking and train station)
My daughter had broken her leg skiing. Moxy breakfast room with its sunshine and great view of the Haut de Cry peak was a great place to hang out whilst awaiting return home.
