Monte Rosa Is an exceptional hotel. Deborah and other staff members go out of their way to help guests. During the registration process Deborah and others provided valuable information about Zermatt. The staff working the breakfasts were extremely helpful and the food was terrific. While The property is older, the facilities have been tastefully updated.

A hotel is often only as good as the people who work there, and in the case of the Spedition, the people are amazing, especially the front-of-house staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Amazing property, stunning views, clean and comfortable room with the best terrace, accomodating staff, especually the young man at the register was very nice and helpful.

Karen, the staff person who took care of checking us in, was unbelievably accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs. She made us feel welcome and contributed considerably to the quality of our stay.

Location very good and Mehmet from the night register were very good and helpful

This review is written by an Indian 🇮🇳 traveler who visited the facility with the family. - Location is just 3 minutes walk from Tasch railway station and 12 minutes by train from Zermatt railway station. - Property is old but well maintained and room size is big compare to new hotels. - Nice view from the balcony. - Value for money. - Good breakfast.

Leen was a fantastic, kind host. There was cosy common room which attributed to a good atmosphere in the gite. Location is very close to Siviez which for us seems to be the optimal place to discover the 4 vallees from. No frills good breakfast.

Me and my wife decided to go on vacation across switzerland and stayed in a few hotels. This bedroom was one of the biggest with ine of the biggest tv sets.

What we liked most, without a doubt, the views of the lake. It is close to the train station and easy to pre-register and not waste time at the reception
