Big clean room, super friendly staff, location closed by to downtown, free parking, laundry facility, gym, and pool. Altogether a great stay. 10/10

Super friendly staff especially Naveen at reception. We were able to check in early which was great. Large comfy beds and location wise right in the middle of everything. We were able to park our oversized car on the outside area - but we got lucky there was a spot left as it’s first come first serve. Our dog could stay with us without a problem. :)

This Ottawa, Ontario hotel is in the centre of Byward Market, 10 minutes’ walk to Ottawa Convention Centre and 1 km from the Alexandra Bridge.
