From the time we landed at Danang international airport, we were met with our very friendly driver. Once we arrived at the hotel we were assisted by Jessie (Jessica). She was extremely helpful, friendly and just overall made our stay phenomenal. It was a very nice surprise to receive a free local beer and snack, as it was not expected. Unfortunately, we only had one night at the hotel, but my entire family wished we stayed longer. The staff were phenomenal, everyone from the ladies At reception to the guys helping with our luggage, the rooms were immaculate, I honestly could not find a single fault with the rooms, and the breakfast selection was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An. We stayed in the premier king room with a balcony for reference.

Travelled with a toddler and grandparent with mobility issues. Hotel was brilliant in service, could not have done more to help. The play room was small but excellent space for my son to run around, without taking away from the serenity of the main hotel. Reception helped book transport and gave advice. Lovely breakfast. Made the whole trip so easy. Would highly reccomended.

The staff are super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Trang that went above and beyond to help us change our flight. They also upgraded us to a suite. The facilities are good Breakfast is small and lovely, the dining area do have a great view One of the receptionists was super nice, she drew us a map with everything you need to know about the town when we checked in, must took her like 20 mins to show us around. and she kept smiling and chatting sincerely all the time, too bad I didn’t catch her name, but big thank you to this lady. She highlighted our trip and the hotel!
