The staff is SO helpful, kind, they will do anything to make sure you have a great stay and help you if you have any problems (for example, our flight was cancelled and we immediately got the confirmation that we can stay there again, and even got the upgrade for the same price). We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect - in Thamel but in a quiet street, no noise. Everything looks brand new. Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!
