The rooms are delightful, the bed is large and so comfortable, she shower is hot (not always a given) with premium amenities. They offer fruits, cookies, tea, coffee, water in the room. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable. All my requests have been met. The breakfast buffet and the beautiful view on the pool was a wonderful way to start the day. Food and coffee were delicious, a lot of variety. The staff is welcoming and professional. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Even when we were preparing to leave with a cab, one of the staff members approached us to help to talk with the driver and to open the gate for him so we can comfortably load the car with luggage. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Kathmandu! Also to mention that the hotel is centrally located so we were at walking distance for almost everything in the city! And not to mention the breakfast which offers a great variety of food, it changes daily.
