When we just finished trekking they bring us nice cold hibiscus drinks. The receptionist himself came up with the kitchen staff to deliver breakfast. And not to mention all facilities are perfect - nicest shower we had in all our trips. Lastly, if you are visiting Petra, it is only a 5 minute walk from the visitor center. Super convenient. Everything is good here, 10 out of 10.

The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service.
