A special mention to the F&B team—Dinesh, Nisha, and Rajeev—for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. The property is located slightly on the outskirts of Gangtok, which is actually a plus—it’s peaceful, quiet, and offers a welcome escape from the hustle and noise of the city. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful monastery within the premises, which adds a serene, calming vibe and makes the surroundings even more picturesque. The food is strictly vegetarian, but incredibly delicious—freshly prepared as per guests' preferences, and served with care. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. Overall, Oro Montana offers a luxurious yet peaceful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sikkim who is looking for comfort, serenity, and great hospitality.
