We enjoyed the location, the silence both upon entering the beautiful palace hall and in the corridors and room, the big bed with an awesome mattress, the amenities. The shower glass door is not well sealed and some drops remain outside but you don't care too much when all the rest is great. The property offered a free room upgrade upon entering so we went from a standard with balcony to a premium with balcony in the upper floors.

We booked a Deluxe Suite on the 3rd floor: spacious, bright, modern decor within a vintage Cádiz structure, comfortable bed, modern bath and kitchenette. The location is excellent, easy to get to by taxi or car (underground parking a block away), and perfect to walk to all the corners of the old city. Cádiz is a hidden gem perfect for a winter stay, few tourists, you get to experience la España Verdadera. Coming 2 weeks before the Carnaval peak (Feb 28) was a bonus, there are activities every night, without large visiting crowds. The staff at Mina Suits were all very friendly.

Almoraima Hotel is a restored 17th century convent offering stylish accommodation in a tranquil setting. The chic rooms feature modern décor. Some look onto the central courtyard and some have a traditional fireplace. Bfast was sufficient with options. The room was comfortable. I could hear people in the next room but not a disturbance. Would have liked to have a bit nicer view but I think they give Booking.com bookings not the best views. The ambiance of the antiguo hotel is so lovely.
