The room was so luxurious. The in-house restaurants served us some of the best food we had during our trip in Canada. The service was exceptional, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed that our room had a proper bathtub and walk-in shower. You could tell there had been a high level of care and thought put into the decor and details of all the spaces.

Select rooms include a fireplace and a sofa bed. Hotel in a central location lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping in easy walking. The staff we all excellent and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the weather was good enough for us to be able to eat outside in the very pleasant courtyard. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good. The courtyard is a nice setting for a pre dinner cocktail. Our room was excellent a great size and the bed was very comfortable.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Our facilities include secure underground parking, an on-site restaurant, fitness facilities, and a quiet outdoor zen garden. Excellent location, wonderful service and a large room with full amenities. We had a one bedroom suite, wonderfully spacious and well kept. A large balcony overlooking a street and trees etc. Quiet enough to keep the window open at night. A fully equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine too... The staff were polite and very attentive and made us feel right at home. Had dinner one evening at the restaurant and it was also very good. A great place to stay in Victoria.

An en suite bathroom offers Luxury bath amenities, bathrobe, and slippers. My family and I came to participate in the Big Effort Swim event at Christina Lake. Because of a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff kindly arranged a self-check-in for us. The motel is very clean. Groceries as well as small local eateries are within walking distance. There is also a barbecue area and a firepit in the yard, which made for a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and ski storage space. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Amazing place in Campbell River with great staff, comfortable apartments, nice spa area. I highly recommend this place and I wish I come back to Vancouver Island to this resort.

In a prime location in the centre of Vancouver, Smithe House provides free WiFi throughout the property and a fitness centre. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!
