But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

Situated 30 km from Naturland, El Tarter THE MIRROR & SPA luxury apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a spa and wellness centre and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The apartment features an indoor pool, hammam and a lift. Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Well sized and stocked, new apartment 10 min walk from gondola and T1 lift. Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.

This 4-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point and room service. Guests can have a drink at the bar. Everything was beyond all expectations! Very nice room, super quiet! The stuff was amazing! Friendly, professional and helpful!

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!
