We had an amazing time at Milima. Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, even more beautiful than the photos. It's truly special to watch the wildlife at the waterhole right from your breakfast table or poolside lounger. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the game drives with Thomas! Thomas is an incredible guide who knows everything about the animals and nature, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible for his guests. Spent 5 nights at this fabulous lodge. We did a number of full day or half day activities which the proprietor helped to arrange for us and every detail was worked out, ensuring all we had to do was relax and be wowed. Returning to the luxury of the lodge and cooling off in the pool and the stunning grounds was a perfect way to finish off those days. We supplemented the chilling out process with drinks from the expertly curated selection of fine South African wines or beers, spirits and soft drinks. The interior of the lodge and the private suite could only be described as luxurious opulence furnished with many beautiful African artefacts. And as if all of that is not enough we enjoyed ample beautifully prepared and presented breakfasts. We were also privileged to play host to families of nyalas and warthogs who visited the area just outside our bedroom window and patio doors to feast on fallen amarula fruits. Wow wow wow !!!

Literally everything was great! I could not have wished for a better way to experience the South African hospitality and the bush life. Thanks to our hosts Nyarai and Tawanda, who took great care of us and our wishes/needs before and during our stay, we had a carefree and super comfortable experience. The safaris and tours they booked for us were amazing and really saved us a lot of time looking for good and reliable tour guides. Leave it to them, they really know what they are doing and they will not disappoint! The foods prepared by the chefs were amazing, a true pleasure for the tastebuds. Gluten free dinners were no problem at all and it was much more than just some plain and simple dishes, but truly culinary treats for the soul. The room was in super condition, modern but with respect for the bush surrounding the area. Very good and modern amenities inside the room and the lodge. Sometimes some animals passed the accommodation and that really felt like watching a documentary, but then in real life. Even being able to watch the animals passing by from our bed through the big glass sliding door is something that never gets boring. Great swimming pool and watch tower from where you could see the surrounding area and witness the beautiful sunrise while listening to the peaceful animal sounds coming to life more and more every minute it gets lighter. After dinner we had camp fires, where we could sit and enjoy each other’s company. This was a huge plus because these moments create the best conversations and memories with each other. All together we can say that this is something we will talk about for a very long time. There is much more to see here and the staff made us feel like family, so both are definitely worth coming back and we definitely will. We give this place an 11 out of 10!

The Chesterfield Suite was pure luxury. Our Butler helped us organise our activities and was always on hand if needed. The pool and sunbeds were nice to relax between game drives.

We loved everything; from the facilities, the staff and the food. Becky, the chef and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my birthday and stay were out of this world. I love travelling but I've never experienced anything like it before, we were given 5-star treatment. We're definitely going back, it's worth every penny and more.

This villa was just impeccable, a bush lovers dream home, I cannot stop speaking about it. We were treated like VIPs from beginning to end. The decor was amazing, the beds were all huge and comfortable, fridge filled with snacks and drinks .My kids swam for hours and kept cool with the aircons at night. Honestly every attention to detail did not go unnoticed!! The personal chef, butler and staff took care of our every need, a lifetime of memories were definitely made here!!
