Friendly and helpful staff. Large and luxurious rooms. We really enjoyed the street food available downstairs on Friday nights. Great views from everywhere in the hotel.

The property is fantastic the rooms superb lovely pool and gym decent location if you want to be in the town but a good walk to the beach. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired so I would avoid eating there the breakfast is OK a lot of choice if you are from Vietnam expensive for what you get if wanting a European breakfast. Overall a very nice quality hotel at a reasonable price

This is a 5 star luxury at a very reasonable price. It has extremely clean, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The YHI spa is magnificent - the setting, the staff and the comfort were all first class. The massage was the best I have ever had. The gym was excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was superb, so much choice in beatiful surroundings. The lobby and bar/lounge area were first class. The tour organised by the hotel to Phong Nha Caves was brilliant and very good value for money.
