Apartment #2 We were amazed when came inside the apartment. Everything is so stylish and clean. Window view is stunning,you will see few Mountain peaks from terrace and bedrooms. The terrace is under the roof,so you can enjoy the sound of rain and lightnings in High Tartras. In rainy evevings you can play cards or poker, which is in the apartment.Parking free and in closed area. Two bathrooms upstair and one wc in first floor.

We loved everything about our stay in Grand hotel Stary Smokovec. It was not our first time there, but it was the first time with our toddler and she had the absolute best time! The staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed. They also made special arrangement regarding our room - extra bed for no fee and bathrobe and cute slippers for our little one. The hotel is simply beautiful and has great amenities - The spa and wellness is very clean, well organised and super pleasant. Children can play in huge kids room close to the bar so the parents can enjoy coffee, drinks and even food while watching their children having great time. The restaurant was awesome - tasty food and many many options for breakfast, lunch and amazing a la carte dinner. Even special request of our daughter for a glass of milk in the evening was fulfilled! The hotel staff is a team of great professionals. The fact that there is private parking right in front of the hotel and the location of this hotel being in the center of Stary Smokovec is obviously a huge +. You can choose from variety of rooms, we had a junior suite and it was very spacious and quiet with a view from one side on Lomnicky stit and from the other on the sunrise above Poprad. We will definitely come back again!

They managed to give a secluded mountain spa vibe but in-town. It felt cozy, relaxing and overall just a great flow and energy to the place. Food was delicious. Service was top-notch. Overall very comfy. Spa stay was lovely touch as well. They were very welcoming to our dog too!

The hotel is located in the old historical centre, in a building with a lot of history but still the room was very modern. Our room had a nice view of the High Tatras. The personal at the hotel was more than nice and very helpful. We were offered tips on what to visit and which trails to hike. Breakfast was delicious and we had a large variety to different dishes to choose from. Our room was sparkling clean. If you are looking for a place to stay at the feet of the High Tatras, this is the place to stay for sure when we will go back to Poprad Doma u nas will be our option.

    Location is perfect by a creek and the mountains. Wellness is amazing, beautiful facilities with kind staff, always there to help you. What’s the most outstanding to us was catering. Food was very high level 5 star. Buffet style half board with excellent and fresh choices. All kinds of proteins from calamari to lamb. It was beyond our expectations. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

    Very nice and comfortable hotel! we traveled with a small baby so we liked everything. We especially liked the breakfasts and dinners, thanks to chef and all the staff who is very friendly. the pool has a great view, we were not lucky with the weather but still were able to see the Mountain View. we definitely recommend and will return to this hotel

    I love when the place looks as good as it’s represented online on the pictures and this hotel is one of it for sure. it’s almost brand new place and you can tell that everything looks new and top quality service, food, and the most important thing for me is 100% cleanliness
