The staff really tries to give top service as this hotel calls itself a luxury resort, however, the facilities don’t match up with expectations. The room is large and the beds very comfy. The beach is not that appealing unfortunately, but they have two outdoor pools.

Everything! Gorgeous place that should be 5 stars not 4! Originally booked this for one night before heading to a 5 star hotel, but this was 2000x times better so after one night in the five star hotel we cancelled our reservation and came back to La Hacienda! Such a relaxing place with incredible customer service and impeccable food!

The setting, facilities and rooms were as you'd expect for a five star resort. Very good. Shout out to the lady doing the turn down service with the bag of chocolate!
