It is an absolutely great place. The people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had one to the sea) are great. The whole front to the sea is one big sliding window. You have a stunning view.

A true gem by the water! I had an amazing stay here — the house is beautiful, perfectly located right by the water, and has everything you could wish for. What really made the experience special was the host: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. It felt more like visiting a friend than renting a place. I can only recommend this wonderful home — I would come back.

We stayed for 5 days in this hotel and it was FANTASTIC! The staff is very very welcoming, respectful, helpful and professional. They give you good service and are always very polite. A good breakfast and you can also enjoy very delicious food in their restaurant. The rooms are very beautiful and very clean. THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN ULCINJ AND MAYBE IN WHOLE MONTENEGRO!!!!! If you are looking for a small hotel where you can rest and calm down from your stressful life this is the place to be. If it was possible to give them 100 stars I would. It's a lovely hotel. Wonderful view from the window, wonderful staff, varied and delicious breakfasts, a large selection.The restaurant is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Fleury's restaurant manager is a respectful and sociable young man, always polite and always ready to help. We liked absolutely everything!
