Great location, very kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious and prepared with care - they had prepared bed guards for our toddler’s bed and a very comfortable baby cot for our baby. Children slippers and toothbrushes were also available in the room - great attention to details :)

Everything was amazing! Rooms were clean and fresh without dust. Hotel have amazing park in which during the night time, they switch on lights and you can see beautifulness of the park. In this park, you can find fountain where different colours of carps swimming.

Close to Shinagawa station, so it's easy to take KK line to the airport in the morning. Nice restaurant with the view of the park. Room are a bit 80s, but nice and functional. Nice view of the park and a lot of stores and restaurants around.
