Perfect rooms with amazing unique design for each are exceptional, big space for short or long stay, all amenities you may need (bathrobe,slipper, many kit and cream,hairdryer), fridge with water, coffee machine,confortable bed, great shower with different option, big TV with Netflix,even a smart phone with all the touristic information. Really friendly welcome from the amazing staff, who couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable and modern room, exactly as in pictures. Lovely experience in the spa and a very good selection for breakfast. Staff kindly minded our luggage before and after check in so we could explore Florence. Tram and hop on/hop off tour bus directly adjacent to hotel.
