we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!

I had a long message exchange with Carolina before arrive at YoYo. Carolina is an amazingly well organised person that responded immediately giving straight forward answers to our questions concerning the booking and our arrival at the place. The check in had been made remotely. Parking reservation as well. Everything was so well organised that it was not necessary to meet her for any reason. The way to find the front door of the building was given with a smart video. This was very helpful because we could not detect the number of the YoYo house even if GPS drove us correctly to the place. The great surprise were the rooms, the facilities and the Kitchen. We had more than we expected. Coffee machines in the rooms, kettle and a lot for breakfast. In the kitchen we could squeeze fresh orange juice, prepare cornflakes and boil coffee. Napoli view from the room terrace was breathtaking. The place is far from the downtown but close to the airport. That was what we wanted when we booked there.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with smiles and even ordered for us pizzas because we arrived really late. Our rooms was amazing — very clean, bright, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and we had a balcony.There are air conditioners in every room and we have small breakfast for the next morning which was more than enough.

We loved everything about our stay! The location is truly unique; located in the heart of the city center, in one of the most beautiful squares in Naples. It is also walking-distance from all the key spots to visit in the city. The rooms are tastefully designed and very spacious, with a unique charm.
