Exceptional service and facilities. Breakfast was delivered to our room. We chose the time and what we wanted the day before. It was so nice to eat it at our own kitchen table. It made us feel at home. Our room was a small apartment with kitchen facilities though we didn't use it as we were visiting family. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was super with 4 different settings.

Our stay at Paolo was amazing! He was kind with us and accomodate us with early check in. The property is very beautiful, easy access and water is provided (which with the heat a super bonus!). The breakfast included is at the bar nearby which has a lot of choices for the typical Italian breakfast. Position is perfect, in the centre, at 8 minutes from the train station. We couldn’t recommend it enough

Fantastic place, great location, clean rooms, great hosts. Santina was warm and friendly and made us very welcome at breakfast 😊 Breakfast was also delicious with the fresh baked croissants and home made marmalade, absolutely loved our stay and will return.

The accommodation was luxurious and modern, looked brand new and was decorated tastefully from the furniture to the cutlery, everything was well thought out. The breakfast on the top floor terrace was always nice, the food offered is homemade and fresh every day, the cakes made from local fruits and the jam is delicious! The location was ok, 15 min walk from Reggio Centrale train station, about 10 mins down the hill to the shops, towards the waterfront and about 1 min walk to the castle. The aircon in the room was a godsend, otherwise it would have been uncomfortably hot. The room is really quiet and very big and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing local restaurants recommendations and transport arrangements to suit our plans. Overall a fantastic stay, i would recommend! My mum and i were incredibly touched by the warmth and hospitality of Paolo and Giuseppe, hopefully we will be back soon!

Everything was clean neat and easy, we organised a later self check in with clear instructions which were great. There was coffee, treats, a great shower and comfy bed 😊 great neighbourhood, found a beautiful pizzeria up the road and cafe next to the church. Nailed it!
