Location was perfect for two nights visiting Lucca and Pisa - 5 Min walk to the old city, 20 mins to the train station. Immaculate room with very modern bathroom in a quiet house on a side street. Great breakfast at a cafe around the corner. And Daniella was very helpful.

Incredible staff, incredible location, incredible views, incredible room. Everything was incredible. 100/10, would absolutely return. We went to the spa and had the most relaxing time. And to top off the already phenomenal place, it’s very dog friendly. Even a bed and bowls provided for the two of them. Can definitely recommend!

    This is a beautiful hotel - very modern facilities within a gorgeous old building. The room, bathroom etc were impeccable and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely superb - an amazing choice of fresh foods, with exceptional service. Nice to be able to choose to sit outside or inside. The location within the city walls was excellent for exploring, whilst being quiet at night and was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.
