1) Hospitality - Great customer service. Mr Parthiban at front desk went over and above to please the customers. 2) Food - Amazing options - South / North Indian / American and Authentic Village food as well.. Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. Hotel travel desk rates are on the higher side (as expected). No complaints. Overall, worth every penny and it cannot get any better. Highly Recommended. Thanks MR Venkatesh Bhat and team.

I arrived late, left early and stayed one night only, so I couldn't really enjoy all amenities, but the hotel was extremely nice. Not sure if I was lucky, but my room was in fact two rooms together, with a small kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms. Tough luck I couldn't enjoy it more than just for few hours of sleeping. Breakfast selection was enormous and more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been very helpful, thank you Ashwini for your kindness.

My stay was great, the room was clean, it has a rooftop pool. The best thing of staying there was all the staffs (receptionists, concierge, cleaning services & even the driver who took me from and to the airport) were very kind and helpful.
