It's a new hotel, the owner is catering for foreigners mostly in this establishment. He came to talk to us in person and he is a very nice man, cares about his property and takes pride in his hotel. It reminds me of Daali Hotel in Nepal. Both places have the owner present a lot, not just to manage the staff but to get feedback from the guests. So, this is a huge positive for me. The staff is very friendly, very smiley and very attentive.

The homestay is located in a small, relatively calm road but close to Fatehabad road. It is a friendly homestay, with a helpful host family. The building and the room itself looks the same as in the pictures, and the breakfast was tasty.

Location is perfect. The place is very close by Taj Mahal - East Gate. Cleanliness is very good, but not perfect. Staff are great. very helpful, very polite. We ordered some food from the menu, tasted good with reasonable price. In general, worth the money? Absolutely.

Everythung about this place was fantastic. Didnt want to leave. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were so helpful. You will not be disappointed with this place.

It has been a fantastic experience in Trident Agra. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They helped with all that was needed (transport, tour guides, activities and other services) They make you feel as a Bollywood star. The hotel was fantastic—especially the food and the massage. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool so next time we would love to spend a couple of days more to have a complete experience.

Loved this hotel. Amazing value for the price. I was a little afraid of a scam because the photos seem artificial but it’s new and beautiful. And they even left a small cake because we arrived on Valentine’s Day. Best breakfast we had in India. Everyone was so attentive. Really special experience. Would come back anytime.
