Very cozy hotel, friendly and hospitable hosts! View from the room and from the terrace on the top floor directly to Kazbek. The hotel has thought out everything to the smallest detail, very clean, warm, varied breakfast. We'll be back again.

Everything, perfect, cosy place to stay

This is an amazing place to return to, which we did by staying for another night. All the rooms are new and have everything you need and more, with a stunning mountain vew’s. A very tasty and hearty breakfast with great view. I would like to express my gratitude to Niko for his hospitality. It felt like we were visiting a friend. I highly recommend this place. Everything was excellent, the family's treatment and reception, the location and the price for the value. The rooms are also clean and tidy and the view is very beautiful on the mountain and the city as well. There is a bidet.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The hotel is located near the main street, restaurants, shops etc. The host was friendly and caring. The hike to the waterfall near Elias Mountain took about 50 minutes by foot. Really recomend this place!
