The best part of our breakfast was being greeted and served by Marina. She understands the assignment and aces it every time. Marina is a rare gem! The food itself was very delicious. We shall most positively be visiting and staying with The Crown and Anchor again.

Fabulous pub with gorgeous accommodation! We were travelling with our pooch too and were made to feel extremely welcome. Great footpaths too for that dog walk just across the road. Lovely food and great breakfast, all rounded off with very helpful staff.

Beautifully designed and finished. Generous room. Bed really comfy with feather pillows. Excellent shower. Liked their use of Bramley products and efforts to minimise packaging waste Pub downstairs is great and the food we had was very very good. So happy we chose Coat and Bear

Lovely facility, comfortable room, very friendly and motivated staff, excellent food and drinks (breakfast and dinner), even a welcome treat for our dog. :-) Stayed three days and would have liked to stay longer. Would love to come back.
