The Hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations! Any problem was solvable - the staff was very receptive and polite - a special thank you to Nadine at the reception, she was very professional and made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. The hotel is clean, diverse in facilities, you don't feel bored there, the breakfast was great! The sky bar was amazing! and it has a pool there as well! and it's the highest building around! It's just a perfect combination of everything a 5 star hotel should have. Will come back for sure!

The staff was super helpful and kind. When we arrived at the hotel they took care of our luggage and offered us drinks and a little snack. They helped us with recommendations when asked (boat rental, restaurants, etc). The breakfast buffet was awesome. Really close to the beach. Amazing view on the water and on the sunset.
