Usually, the opinion about the hotel is formed by the service. The service at this hotel is perfect! The reception is attentive, polite, quickly responds to requests, they took into account the wishes of placing two rooms in the building closest to the sea. The cleaner in the room is polite, attentive to details. Bartenders make cool cocktails. The waiters are always polite, smiling and remember what a specific guest usually orders. A very cool team of animators: so cheerful, active, responsive. Guys, you are well done❤️! Sports almost all day (aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba, bocce, volleyball, etc.) Cool evening animation! I really liked the foam party and the festival of colors. Very cool❤️! The hotel has 8 a la carte restaurants. We managed to visit 5. The restaurants are all good, but I would especially like to mention the restaurants of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine - they are perfect! The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a water park, heated pools, there is an "adults only" zone both by the pool and on the beach. And the most important thing for me is the sea. A wonderful wide clean beach with perfect sand and an entrance to the sea. Lots of sunbeds, comfortable clean mattresses, wide straw umbrellas, wind barriers! I really want to return to this hotel! Thank you for a week of fun❤️!

It's an amazing place for snorkeling. The main reason we booked this resort was for its direct access to beach and best place for snorkeling and it was amazing. The room was clean and very good for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Room gets cleaned every day. Several restaurants for food (some are only for adults so could not go there with kids). Plenty of food. Swimming pool was with warm water so my kids enjoyed the pool. The employees always had a smile and were very nice and always tried to entertain kids. Kids club was another great thing, they take care of kids from 10am - 12pm and again from 3pm - 4:30pm which is great for parents to go into beach for snorkeling without having to worry about the kids. Table in beach bar restaurant should be reserved for Dinner and the dinner there is very good and they have live music and dance. Every night they have mini disco for kids which my kids enjoyed a lot and after the 30 mins disco they have some other shows which was very entertaining as well. Overall very satisfied with the resort.

This trip was truly exceptional. The warm ambiance, exceptional service and atmosphere made it a memorable experience. What set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding customer service, particularly from the service manager, Hamdi. His attentiveness and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend Grand Palace to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and exceptional service.

It was a holiday to remember . we had the most enchanting experience at Pickalbatros Blu Spa. From the moment we arrived , we were mesmerised from the luxury and grandeur of the reception especially Mr Sayed. The staff were friendly , the restaurants were offering the most mouthwatering food all the credits to chef Nasser and chef Sayed for the most delicious pizza , the pools were superb and the beach was brilliantly breathtaking. Our suite was out of this world . We truly recommend this spectacular hotel

a truly amazing hotel. thank you to mr Sayed the reception manager for his smile his welcome his professionalism. thank you to mr shehab and Mr Khaled for their welcome, smiles and their help, they put us at ease directly. and finally thank you to mr Mahmoud eldeed and mr Lotfy for their service, their smiles, their help, a really top team. Regarding the restaurant it was really luxury, good food very fast service. really nothing to say, More than 5 stars, and the rooms are really incredible
