Lobby smelling awesome, Every staff has a smile and wanting to make you feel happy. It will be Elvis, both Ceasar’s , Stephenie and all the remaining stylish females at the reception . And thank you for the welcome drinks. The reception on 2 floor is elagant. Just suggestion: The 8 th floor can be decorated more, the painting is depressing in the lobby and in the room, put some plants in the lobby with a chair. Get the carpet changed into orange and red bright colours. The room we had 802 bathroom - in the shower change the stand of soap and shampoo to other side, it hits the body when you are under the shower. Take a shower and you will understand. The location is amazing. The staff helping at the entrance are superb. The breakfast was amazing.

I had a long day of traveling and arrived at the hotel almost at midnight, check in was easy and fast, everyone was very friendly and the next day the airport shuttle was on time. Excellent service.

Amazing place to stay. Incredible views of the bay and the city, and on a clear morning there are views of the Cajas Mountains in the distance. Very cool spot. Good location a short walk from a nice restaurant and bar district, and an easy walk to the malecón.
