Position is great, in the Ancient Town, but far from the big crowd, which is excellent. Closeby is surrounded by food place, bedroom was clean and the right size, and host Cassie is super helpful with all the requests. Largely recommended!

The hospitality provided by all the staff was amazing, particularly from the energetic Mr. Joye, who happily arranged all our transportation, responded to all my inquiries, and even prepared breakfast for our tour. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the location of our stay, which had a cozy atmosphere and was situated in a fantastic spot. Unlike other accommodations I had in the old town of Lijiang, it wasn't as crowded or noisy.

The feeling this hotel gives me is a surprise! Whether it is the environment, hygiene, facilities, or services, they are all beyond my imagination. High cost-effectiveness. The added value is high. We just really loved the Bivou. I read very good reviews, but still the place exceeded my expecations. If I am ever going to write my memoires, I will do it here:) This place just breaths tranquility. We loved the little vegetable gardens in front of the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and the area around the hotel is really lovely. I travelled the whole world and Le Bivou definitely makes it to my worldwide top 5.

The decoration is exquisite, the location is superior, located on the quiet side of the old city, about 5 minutes' walk from the main road. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the host Jacky was friendly, responsible, considerate, and reasonable. Efficient service: Whether it is helping us coordinate the transportation of luggage from the main road, arranging breakfast every day (and providing takeaway bags when we have to leave early), or helping us arrange when our team arrives separately. I am really grateful for her patience and help, especially for my repeated questions about Mandarin Chinese! This makes the whole process smoother and more enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy, beautifully designed, and the bathroom is fully equipped. Please note that this family includes two children who live downstairs (they behaved very well and we did not hear them during our stay), and on the second floor there is a tea room and a gym in addition to the guest room. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, as well as a small lounge area. There are also many delicious places near the old city.

The homestay enjoys a prime location, near the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, with convenient transportation and a beautiful surrounding environment. The room environment is exactly to my liking, and it offers extremely high - cost performance. Both the service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The housekeeper warmly entertained us, was responsive to all requests and answered all questions, making us feel at home. There is a private parking lot, free charging piles, and a laundry room. There is an elevator on all four floors. The young men and women at the inn greet us warmly when we enter and leave, and they help us make travel plans to avoid tourist traps. The environment of the store is simply breathtaking. The stay experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend it!
