The hotel is fully renovated, the rooms are truly 5 stars. The pool is great and the view on the lake fantastic. The reception staff was great in welcoming us and allowed us an early check in with no charge. Refreshments were provided upon check in - really nice welcome.

It’s truely a 5 star resort - just perfect. The room was large, clean with an amazing balcony. The TV is huge, beds are very very comfy. The breakfast and dinner is exceptional and the staff were very friendly. Quit and relaxed location very close to Sofia. We’ll be coming back for sure!

The hotel is really nice,the location next to the lake is great, so you get an amazing view while sunbathing or having a meal! The food was very good, the SPA is outstanding.
