The accomodation was a cozy and lovely home setting amidst a large and tranquil farmland. The hosts, Pat and Jacintha were very kind and helpful to all of our queries. Unfortunately it's a rainy day when we visited Kangaroo Valley, no chance to see the wombats but a few kangaroos did come up the next morning while we were having breakfast at the balcony. The room was well furnished, the bed, hot shower was good. It also has a fridge stocked with snack and beverage and a toaster to toast croissants and bread provided for the guests. My good friend and I enjoyed the stay.

We choose this property because it was right in the town of Berrima and yet was a quiet, comfortable stay. we choose Berrima for a mid-week mini break with my family and elderly parents - great place and precisely as described by our wonderful hosts, Gayle and Grant.

We liked everything about this property and wished we could have stayed longer! This is a stunning location and so close to Sydney. Andy the host was very good at communicating in advance of check-in and the fresh milk, bread and eggs were a nice touch. The villa was also spotlessly clean. Make sure you get up to enjoy sunrise.

Loved the location, views, variety of outdoor spaces to relax, woodfired pizza oven, fireplace inside, great kitchen, quality kitchen equipment, obviously someone who cooks lives there. Loved the quirly interiors and the INCREDIBLE views. Close to town but loved the place so much we ate in every night. Even made pizza! Some instruction in how to use the pizza oven could have been useful.
